A program that focuses on the planning, acquisition and management of military bases, housing, installations and other facilities plus their associated buildings, systems, equipment, staffing and maintenance. Includes instruction in operations management, acquisitions planning, contracts management, building construction, real estate, facilities management, hospitality management, administrative budgeting and finance, personnel supervision and leadership, related regulations and policies, and applications to specific service requirements, operational needs, and types of facilities. This CIP code is not valid for IPEDS reporting.
