A fellowship training program that prepares physicians in the pathogenesis, natural history, and management of congenital and acquired diseases of the kidney and urinary tract and renal diseases associated with systemic disorders. Includes instruction in organ transplantation and dialysis therapy. Requires prior completion of a residency program in internal medicine. This CIP code is not valid for IPEDS reporting.
